Ftp Will Not Login But everything else OK

I cant login to my ftp to upload anything. Everything else is working fine though. Any Ideas whats going on????

Whats the exact error it gives, if you can login to the cPanel, and just not ftp, then it's not an ftp issue. What does it say, and what client are you using?
