I use to be able to use publish on Microsoft FrontPage to upload my web page but now I keep getting "425 could not open data connection to port 2586: connection refused". I am not sure why I am getting this now because it was working when I signed up; it just stops working a few weeks ago.

Re-set your password and try again. It works for me when this happens.
