i cant login via my FTP logins, i can create new ones that login to their respected directorys....... but i cant login to the home directory.........via FTP.


Any suggestions?

Any new users you create have to have the full domain. So say my site is staff.x10hosting.com and my cPanel username was corey. To login to my root FTP I would just use my cPanel info, user corey pass whatever.

If I create a new account say, katon. I have to login with the user katon@staff.x10hosting.com pass whatever. Using just katon won't work, I'd have to add the whole domain on the end.
