Full complete backup

Hello.
I have been doing some work on my website and would like to knos how do a full backup of content and mysql db.

I have a rough idea but would like to know the proper procedure to make sure i dont miss anything.

Tryed checking forums but currently on tapatalk on my phone so it was ineffective..
