Full Database Directory Move

hey, im trying to move my IPB from one host to another, and if i could have Corey upload my full database directory thing that i need; that would be great

just incase ya need to know, my x10 account is

ngw.x10hosting.com

actually all you need to do is back up your old database from the (im assuming)old host and install ipb. then upload the new database in phpmyadmin

I also know another way in which I need to upload the script and just run it...It's done like in less than a minute!
