Full Disk

Good morning,
I have a problem.I can't upload my files.
I am on the server : Chopin, the CPanel tells me 37.01 / ∞ MB, but filezilla tells me "disk full, upload later".
When I go to the CPanel Disk Usage there is the Public_html graph full with just 32,23 MB.

Could you help me, please ?

More information :
When I delete a file to save disk space, I can not use the freed space.
I lose this disk space.
