This is a tutorial on how to fully slice and code your website.

Steps!

First downlaod the template we are going to be using http://www.mediafire.com/?xm73mb1m9je

Then downlaod the videos from here http://www.mediafire.com/?xuyhlztgtoj

After that extract them.
Open each file using internet explorer.

The order of the video goe like

1. Slicing_1
2. Slicing_2
3. Slicing_3
4. Coding_1
5. Coding_2
6. Coding_3
7. Finishing

In the zip that you extract you will aslo find the sliced psd which you can use to skip the first part.
Edit:
And I wouldn't mind credits for sharing it:fingersx:

Haha, that's the one i made, i find slicing easier than coding, though sometimes you can come across a bit of trouble and have to undo a lot of work.

Slicing is when you have a PSD/XCF template but need to "slice" images out of it.
For example, if you had a template that had buttons on a sidebar, you would need to "slice" each button to make it correct when you actually code it.
