Gah! New account, strange logon problem?

Hey everyone! I just created an account here, it looks awesome.
The only problem I am having is that I cannot logon to the main site to change personal details, or even submit a support ticket. :dunno:
The strange part is that I can in fact logon to CPanel...? In fact anything related to CPanel works fine. Just not support or account panel.
My account name is "darthbob".
Remember this is not with CPanel, but the actual main X10 hosting site itself...

You log in with your forum name, not cpanel name. At least I think you do.
