Gallery Problems

Im having problems with uploading photos uploading to my gallery why???

My site is hilaryduff.x10hosting.com the gallery path is gallery

Hi mate, I had the same problem.
I uninstalled it, and installed the newest version from the creators website.
It's quite easy to do, and to configure a mysql database too.
Mine works fine now.
Also, make sure you changed the CHMOD settings to 777 for the correct folders.
All instructions are in the newer version download.
