I was wondering whether i could host a counter strike1.6 game server on x10 hosting. Please let me know whether i can do it, if i can then please tell me how.

On an x10vps you can; on x10premium, x10free (with or without prime membership) and x10illuminated, you cannot. The system is not set up to allow game servers on any of the actual website hosting services because they are meant to host websites, not servers.

With an x10vps you're essentially given a virtual server that you set up in full - this means installing your own apache php mysql if you want it, or installing a game server if you'd rather do that.

Also I would like to note, if you opt for a VPS, you will need a Dedicated series VPS for game server hosting.

ummm ... can i get a vps dedicated gaming server for free.... plz dont mind the ... cheapness . I am a bit low on budget...
