Since it is a maths exam lambda, keep calm, focus on something else for the time being

Well, all i can say is that it was the hardest paper we have done Maths wise (includin all the practise ones we went through!)

The things I tageted my revision on weren't even on the bloomin' paper

lol. Oh well, now begins the wait until next Monday for the calculator paper.

Lol, yea I took the GCSE Paper 5 (Higher) today, I'm guessing that you lot have done the same. Yea I know what you mean, the stuff I revised mainly didn't appear, although I haven't done that badly I don't think *wishful thinking*. Melbourn Village College in Cambridge... Anyone else from there by any chance?

I'm not sure if our high school participates in GCSE... I've never heard of them, the only testing done at our school is the state mandatory CATS (Commonwealth Accountability Testing System) which is bloody well easy except for the 'open ended' questions where you have to write a book... Those and the ACTs.

I think ACT's are American equivelents of the BRitish GCSE's. GCSE = General Certificate of Secondary Education. Which we do in Year 11 - Age 15-16

We have CAT's but they must be different as we take them in year 7 - Age 11-12.

We also take SAT's in Year 6 - 10-11

Heh, is it me or does education need an international standard? It's bloody complicated if you want to work abroad and you only have qualifications from your home country. Though it's not as bad if your moving somewhere else in the EU.
