Hi,
I have a captcha plugin (Bigo captcha for Joomla!) which needs the GD library, how do I request the admins to install it? Any idea if such requests are entertained? If yes, where can I raise a service request from?

Regards,
Ajay

I asked about this too...this is the reply x10 gave me:
You may need to wait for the PHP system to be implemented again, then try requesting intermediate PHP.

All accounts are set to php default intermediate level while admins sort it out. Then request intermediate. You will need to explain why you want it etc. I don't know how long it will be though. You could see if it gives you the option to use imagemagick. The path is /usr/bin. Good luck.

@oscetips that is disappointing.
@stpvoice no, i can't use imagemagick. I've raised a service request, hope the admins will install it.

You'll be lucky.

You'll have to remain patient then for a reply.

Closing now since you've submitted a ticket.
