General Error (again)

I keep getting this general error msg ... it's an off and on problem ... i didn't change anything to config.php or any other files / settings but i keep getting this general error msg ... it was working fine ... can anyone please solve this problem once and for all? thanks a lot. :happysad:

SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]

Access denied for user 'artistic_phpbb'@'localhost' (using password: YES) [1045]

An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists."

You can try re adding the user in the MySQL section of cPanel.

I'm not sure why it happened... if it is a reoccurring problem post back and we can look into it further.

it is a recurring problem. i had this problem (on top of my suspension) previously. somehow, it was resolved after my account is unsuspended but the problem is not able to resolve if my account is not suspended (in this case).

i notice the error occurs whenever the server uptime and server load's status become "unknown" or the servers are offline.

hopefully this is the clue to any hidden problems. :biggrin:
