I couldn't think of a title to correctly label my problem. I signed up along time ago for this service, but I haven't used my account in about a year before I came here to post. My problem is that when I try to sign up for the hosting service with ad's (not sure if I have before) it asks me to link my hosting account (cpanel username). I have no idea what I had it set as and can't find a link to change it (I reset my password twice by mistake so I have actually looked). If anyone could offer general advice or something specific I would appreciate it. Also if the entire account could just be reset I wouldn't mind as it would be nice to have a fresh start.

Your account was suspended for inactivity, then terminated ten days later because the suspension was not resolved. Basically when you sign up, you must have a forum account which you enter during the signup process. This way your forum and hosting accounts are linked (which we require).

No, if the account was terminated go to http://forums.x10hosting.com/login.php?do=logout and then signup for your hosting account again. When asked to link accounts, enter your FORUM account details.
