Get an error message when i try to log into account panel

I get the following error when i try to log into the accounts panel:

 An Error Has Occurred
Whoops, an error occurred retrieving your account's data from our system. Please try your request again in a few moments.

What do i do to fix it? And what are the x10hosting name servers?
