get my files backup

I have my sccount suspended and problably wont get back.. i'm said because i loved this service, but i wish to get a full backup of my databses and files if possible

You were only suspended for high resource usage, no need to panic. You should be able to unsuspend yourself from inside of your account panel found here: http://x10hosting.com/panel.php. Once you get your site up and running, check around for anything that might be resource heavy such as AJAX scripts.

Very rarely will you get a termination unless your doing something illegal, get rid of some high resource taking scripts or upgrade to a premium account.
