getmypid() error despite having PHP Intermediate

Hi there.......

I installed wordpress today and it installed fine.......Later i logged in many times also....

Now suddenly wen i log in i get the foll error:

Warning: getmypid() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/anznor/public_html/wordpress/wp-includes/class-phpass.php on line 52

After browsing through the forums i saw many people with this error.......But i'm having this error despite having PHP Intermediate version.......

Plz help.......

After searching the wordpress forums it appears that the PHP function getmypid() has been disabled.......But how is that possible ???
I already have PHP Intermediate version.........

Can you'll fix it somehow ???
