Getting 404 error after uploading updated data

Hi! I updated one of my web pages today and I am now getting a 404 error even though (through the FTP browser) I can see the data in the correct place. Site is at: http://genealogy.x10host.com/TauroC/index.htm

Another site I updated today, still shows the old data, even though I deleted the cache on my browser and even tried going the the site from a different computer.
Site is at: http://genealogy.x10host.com/CoelhoPP/index.htm

Is there anyone who can tell me what I am doing wrong/or tell me where the problem is?

Before uploading anything I do test it out on my computer to see that it is working and there are no broken links. I have been doing this for a few years on this site and this is the first time I am getting errors like this. My knowledge of actual web hosting and trouble shooting is negligible.

this is the correct link http://genealogy.x10host.com/TauroC/Index.htm

you were trying it with a small i in index.htm when it is capital form Index.htm
web addresses are always case sensitive
