Getting a "page cannot be displayed" error

I received an email today telling me my account had been created. However I have tried both links to the cpanel and they are not working. I get a page cannot be displayed error. The two links I was given are

http://butterflyeterna.ExoFire.net/cpanel

If someone could check it out for me and assure me I'm not losing my mind, itd be appreciated....:dunno:

Are the ports blocked on your computer? They work for me. Your account is indeed created.

*smiles* thanks... I'm on my work comp, they may have it firewalled, so its all good, I'll check it out when I get home.
