Hello, I am on my way of changing my domain but I get the error 1E9F63B0. Can you help me to get rid of it and explain why it appears?

It appears that the domain name your are trying to change to is already in use by another user.

I dont understand how can that be possible? I have changed the nameservers to the x10hosting ones and it still says this. Should I change in the DNS settings in cPanel?
Is some other user at x10hosting using my domain or what?
