Getting error in ACP with Installing Plugin

I was installing a thanks plugin, and i put every file where they were suppose to go, and then i went on ACP and clicked on plugin Updates and it said this
Language english (/home/amer/public_html/Upload/inc/languages/english) is not
installed

what does this mean, and how can i fix this?

You would have to download the MyBB files and then upload the english files to that directory.
