Getting FATAL error with SMF

i am getting this error......... After installing the SMF when i tried to acess the forum then i got following error........... Help needed.... if i am doing any mistake kindly help me.........

The error you are seeing is something that intermediate PHP will resolve. Very rarely is Advanced PHP given out on free servers due to abuse and security issues.
