Getting internal server error

problem:Getting internal server when viewing http://www.subeeshr.co.cc/p/guestbook/guestbook.php
It is a new plugin which i have installed on my e107 cms recently.

What i had tried:
1)No problem with the script as i tested it locally.
2)No chance of permission errors.I had given the maximum permission.
3)No chance of corruption of scripts as i had re tried FTP ing .Every related files are uploaded to the servers and i had synchronized all the files in remote with local files.
4)I checked my error log no related issues found.The one thing i noticed is that this line in my error log.Which is not at all related.

File does not exist: /home/tittat/public_html/subeeshr.co.cc/500.shtml, referrer:http://www.subeeshr.co.cc/index.php

I am using intermediate php version.Any help is much appreciated.

Hello,

It appears to be working now. You had the script set to 777, they need to be 644 or 755 to run.
