Getting Out of Memory Error for my Wordpress installation

I have been Out of Memory error for my Wordpress installation. I browsed and found that the best solution would be to talk to the host. I think there is some downtime with the free hosting servers. Is that the reason I am getting these errors? If then I will wait until issues are resolved, if it is not due to that, kindly tell me what might be the possible solution. As I donot have access to any php.ini files, I can't carryout most fixes.

pretty sure it's a hosting error, I'm getting it too, so I'm hoping they would fix it soon :/
