Getting Resouce Limit Hit site on Stoli server

I'm not sure if this has to do with the recent problems with the stoli server group but I've recently been getting resource limit hit messages when I try to access my site at furluge.pcriot.com. I'd like to say that I'm under the limit as the average seconds readout on the graph is 14 at the moment for the current hour. I just find it a bit hard to believe I've suddenly gone over my limit in three minutes when I've never had problems before. Could you please confirm if either the message is in error to begin with and if it might be related to the recent trouble. For the record my website's a pretty basic wordpress install and it hasn't hit a resource limit in the years I've had it.
