In the Getting Started Wizard when finishing it says:
Congratulations! You have successfully completed the getting started wizard. Click the "Home" button in the top right of this page to begin using cPanel.

but the "Home" button is on the top left. The top right has "Help" and "Logout".

I don't understand what this has to do with where the "Home" button is located..
The control panel is currently being upgraded. This means that some features may not fully work until the new system is completely in place. However, the new version will be way easier to use and way less prone to errors.

Community helpers (any user which has community in his title) are not staff. They are members, users that help out to run this free service. The actual staff is only composed of administrators and account managers. If you have a problem with the way a community helper answered to YOU (not the case here), report him to a account manager or admin, and they will decide what to do.

It seems like all the previous posters missed that you are talking about cPanel! We can't control cPanel, we only use it as a tool to host Web sites and allow users to edit their sites. If there's a problem with cPanel, you would need to contact the company who makes cPanel: http://cpanel.net

That makes sense now that I think about it.
I would try using cpanel as I was earlier, but it seems that this account wasn't linked to my free hosting account and it got suspended today...
Thank you for the reply. I will try to make more useful questions next time.
