Gfx & Coders Needed

Hi, I'm starting up a new gaming site and needless to say that I'm not too good at building eye catching templates. Now accepting Graphics & Coders to help with the design.

Humm, I'm sure most people wouldn't mind just having a "Graphics & Coder" helping them out... The question is, what do we get out of it?

I suppose that would be up to the coders on what they would like, management over a section maybe, a little space for one of your sites maybe? Tell me what you to get out of it and I'm sure we can work something out.
