Regarding the Font Thing. Did a little hunting. Fount this:

http://www.dafont.com/ethnocentric.font?text=YOUR+SITE

I think that is the font needed for it.

Well thats the shadows font. Strangely Jake, the original author of the template used the back shadow as an non-editable image.
