VeBRA sources - don't delete the tag above, it's there for XXXXX purposes -
[ExtShellFolderViews]
{BE098140-A513-11D0-A3A4-00C04FD706EC}={BE098140-A513-11D0-A3A4-00C04FD706EC}
{5984FFE0-28D4-11CF-AE66-08002B2E1262}={5984FFE0-28D4-11CF-AE66-08002B2E1262}

[{5984FFE0-28D4-11CF-AE66-08002B2E1262}]

2.Put "desktop.ini and your_picture.jpg in ur USB Drive then Hidden it.

Nice effect, although it makes the folder and file names white.

Nice, now I've got proof of ownership in case anyone steals my flash drive @ school! E.G.:
Teacher: Prove it was X person
Me: Plug it in
Computer: Nice image with Property of Kieran Gibbon embedded.
BTW, you can change the text colour by changing IconArea_Text="0xFFFFFF" to IconArea_Text="0xHEXCODEHERE"

Cool. Obviously, it's not limited to USB Drives (arrows pointing to specific files, anyone?)

thats pretty nifty. I have a cheap USB drive so this makes me feel better about spending money on such a POS.
Edit:
Hmm it doesnt work on my Vista laptop, only on my XP PC.

The code what was given above is good for the picture if it is colored, which has the file names for the files in white

However, the code below will has black colored file names..Which will suite all your background

[.ShellClassInfo]
IconFile=%SystemRoot%\system32\SHELL32.dll
IconIndex=127
ConfirmFileOp=0
Code:
[{BE098140-A513-11D0-A3A4-00C04FD706EC}]
Attributes=1
IconArea_Image="your_picture.jpg"
IconArea_Text="0x000000"

{5984FFE0-28D4-11CF-AE66-08002B2E1262}={5984FFE0-28D4-11CF-AE66-08002B2E1262}

[{5984FFE0-28D4-11CF-AE66-08002B2E1262}]
PersistMoniker=Folder.htt
PersistMonikerPreview=%WebDir%\folder.bmp
