global crossing routing issue

i am unable to get to my site says that the gateway times out im not sure if that is related to the global crossing issues. if it is what can i do to access my site?

You can use a proxy server, you can use http://stoli.x10hosting.com:2082 to get to your cpanel, and ftp://stoli.x10hosting.com to ftp files to/from your account - however, the best course of action is to contact your ISP and get them to shout at their provider and so it ripples through to global crossing.

thing is i am having no issue getting to any other site. it seems to be just my site http://howtokubuntu.x10hosting.com.

could i contact global crossing directly

I can view the site fine, and so can others. If you want you can try contacting Global Crossing directly.

i cant ping or even tracert to the site. already emailed them waiting for a response. im goign to try and renew my ip address

I changed the IP of your site to get around the GC issue. It should start working for you within a few hrs.
