Gmail or Hotmail which one is better.

Definitely, Google is best.. So, its GMail.

Is there "OTHER" option, as I don't like either one. Yahoo (new version) is better from perspective, though I do have gmail and hotmail accounts, but they are not to my liking

I like Gmail for it's simplicity. Also there's no flashy banners that popup everywhere. Also for Yahoo, I know it's not an option, but those animated people.... Ugggh!

GMail for its simplicity. Though I use both. But most of my mail goes for GMail since it also offers POP and IMAP support.

Gmail all the way =D... I haven't used Hotmail since they deleted my first ever email account about 9 years ago. Gmail also has AIM integration now, which is quite useful for me.

Gmail wins. I love how the attachments can be viewed with other google options, like docs.google.com opens a txt attachment from gmail. Google owns.

I like GMail and Google services cause they are translated in so many languages.

Just to be different, I would say Hotmail, because it goes hand in hand with Windows messenger. While signed into messenger, pops up 'You have a new email message' saving me the time to regularly check for any new emails.
