Gmail SMTP Ports like 465

Hello! Regarding the Gmail smtp ports, why are some ports are closed like
gmail.smtp.com:465, 587 and 25 even thought i created new x10host account and Wordpress account.

But on my other old account they are open? (This account is +3months old free x10hosting)

why are some ports are closed

external [ SMTP ] is blocked on x10hosting's free-hosting servers - all Email must go out through outbound spam filters on 10hosting's SMTP server - to be scanned for spam and phishing and other test

But on my other old account they are open?

Users may only have active a single account at any given time, signing up for multiple accounts will result in a suspension of service.

x10Hosting grants usage of a single cPanel account per individual or household

I dont understand why the ports on my old (free x10host) account are open
so it was never been open the ports on free host? Deym i dont know how i did it on my old account.

SOLVED. I manage to use port465 using Plugins called "POSTMAN SMTP" Thanks.
