Good god what a shambles this company really is!

So back in June I set up an ASP.NET website with you lot, I wanted to try before I buy, but in the six months I've had that account the website has only ever worked for ONE DAY. Now my account has been suspended for inactivity, you couldn't make this stuff up. Now before you say 'well you're supposed to logon to the forum' I can't logon to the forum as the login controls have been disabled and I've tried across multiple browsers, and this has been the case for sometime.

Now you need to remove any suggestion that you offer ASP.NET websites because you don't, and in claiming that you do you are deliberately lying to people and misrepresenting the facts, and it's been going on too long.

Secondly do not unsuspend the account, there is absolutely no point in doing so as you don't run ASP.NET websites and it will never work anyway because of that.

I should point out that I decided not to buy from you very early on and only kept the site up to see how long this would go on for. Yours is one shambolic joke of a company, just absolutely unprofessional and without any real expertise whatsoever, it's so ridiculous it's actually funny.

Since you don't want the account unsuspended I'm closing the ticket since there's nothing here we can control; we are -working- on asp.net. At last check the problem was mixed with cPanel not supporting the latest version of mod_mono, and that it doesn't play nice with the load balancing we've set up. We're still working on finding a way to keep everyone happy, but obviously that's not possible.
