I don't know if this is dumb or not, but I'll ask it anyway to make sure :
Is it allowed to create an Google Analytics account tracking a site hosted frely on x10 ?

I should assume so, that you would be allowed! Not entirely sure though....

it only a statcounter so i wouldnt have thought itll be a problem either i use it

I wouldn't think it would be a problem, but wait to put it on there until you hear from an admin.
