While I was surfing the web, i find an article that say Chrome is going to mark all http sites as insecure so webmasters should begin the transition to ssl certificate before the year ends. I'm concerned because they didn't say it in the post but the lack of security maybe could affect the way google ranks pages.
I'm a free user and didn't see ssl support in cPanel. I was reading about Let's Encrypt who offers a free ssl certificate for a website but webmasters shoud have console access or hosting provider can implement it to use.

Now the questions:

Are you going to let free users add a ssl certificate?
Could you please consider an implementation of Let's Encrypt?

Thanks for read, and sorry for my english.

The current setup of x10hosting's free-hosting servers will NOT work with SSL or TSL or SNI (regardless of IP shared or dedicated or what cPanel shows)

That has already happened. Sites who use HTTPS are being listed before the sites using HTTP.
