Got an error

Hey guys I'm new to this whole php thing. So you know that little guy on the control panel called fantasitico well I tried installing a new php forum and it gives me this error: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 4864 bytes) in /home/geckopaw/public_html/art/mod/calendar/class/Calendar.php on line 408

Do any of you know what this is?
