I am considering starting a new forum using the X10 hosting free system. My question is, I already own VBulletin Forum Software, but dont know how to install it on this host.

Is there anyone that can assist me in doing that??

Welcome to x10!

You'll want upload the vBulletin software, including the installation stuff, to your account. I'm sure there's documentation on installing VB on their website.
