I think that's stupid. Who's actually going to buy it just for the mod. Come on! It's just a game, it's not like it's real or anything.

That is bulls**t, it is just like the sims 2... people make mods for it all the time, nude skins and all that stuff... I just don't get it how they can just rule that out like that, these stupid politicians need to stay out of the gaming business, anyone agree?

If it's a third party mod then I dont think they should have raised it.

I don't even see how this is legal, much less justifiable. I mean, 'third party' means 'unauthorized, unsupported, and unaffiliated', right? Well, if this mod is not authorized by Rockstar, nor is it supported by or affiliated to them... then how can it possibly raise an investigation? If it's not an official Rockstar product, why are Rockstar getting in trouble over it?

It is just retarded... even if they left code, they still shouldn't get in trouble over it, i wouldn't of thought of the whole idea until some perverted person decides to look in the code for some trace to make a mod for it.

what you said, the sims 2 does not have any of that in the game when you buy it. gta:sa was manufactured with the scenes and "mini games" on the disc. you have to download the mod in order to access it.

Rockstar is getting in trouble because they put the stuff on the disc. even though it wasnt meant to be left on it, it was. therefore when the hackers got into the code and revieled it, the pressure was put on the creators of the content.

its kind of late to change the rating if you ask me
they've already sold like millions of copies
all this debate over it is truly pointless

"Wow, now I definitely have to play this game since its AO, maybe they made it more hardcore than the one I played late last year." +1 Rockstar

well what ive heard is that that part is actually in the game for the ps2 version
it is for the pc version that it is a mod..

so they arent going to add it, its just that its already there and they're admitting it openly
