My reason for absence: Guildwars. The newest MMORPG on the market brings us a WoW type of gameplay but waaaaay better. No monthly fees either. The ultimate Ultima Online, Runescape, and WoW put together. Definetly worth the 40 bucks.

the good thing is you dont have to choose different worlds to get to ur friends its all set in big world

Guildwars sounds interesting... I've got WoW, if you say that you only have to buy the game in a shop and pay no fee for playing it online than that's really good. What is the game centred around? And how is the gameplay?

I am planning on getting it soon as well because I am very bored of my current game, Maple Story. So, I was also wondering about the gameplay. I mean, why kinds of stuff do you do? Kill people, monsters, items, armor, skills, spells, ect? Can you give me a basic run down of the game?
