If you really didn't logon to forums for last 3 months then your hosting account is suspended and then terminated for inactivity. You can sign up for new hosting account using the same forum account here --> http://x10hosting.com/signup.php

You must login to forums(here) atleast every 31 days to avoid inactivity. Login to cpanel or account management panel is not considered as activity.
