has been experiencing cPanel downtime for very long time..

When click Login to cPanel...
this bring me to https://chopin.x10hosting.com:2083/login/
when login with username = jchiu
it say "Login Attempt Failed"

What is going on.. so tired of down time.. the funny this.. I don't often check or login back to x10hosting..
when I do ... I alway experience problem..

so tired..

Please log onto the Account Panel

https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php

using your Forum username and password and change/reset you password. That will change your Forum and cPanel password at the same time.

Then try signing onto cPanel. Please post back results so we can either close the thread or try to help further.

Also, I note your website shows an empty directory. Are you missing files?
