Have a problem with my forum

I cannot allow automatic logins.
When i go to the admin control panel, and i click allow..
It automatically unticks itself after i click on Submit

My forum is: http://kabshi.x10hosting.com (can u see the automatic login box)
[site may be slow- dunno why]

Also, there is no error really..it just doesnt allow me to do this..

does anyone know why? and how to fix this?

Yes, If you give me your CPNAEL infomation I will upgrade it. With out loesing the posts. I will do it for free. I have done it on my forum fine. Also .18 is horrible .17 is terrible for a forum.

also, i see this in the Admin Cpanel:

Extensions
Extension control
Extension group manage
Forbidden extensions
Special categories

but since theres no mod, they all give some error when i click on them

so will they be clickable after you are done?
