I had all my websites deleted in the last server move although I followed all the TAC.
I did not bother to write a support ticket at the time of the move as x10hosting was in disarray.
I still have an account but when I try to add a website I get
I have not received a confirmation email or activation code.
I completed this form yesterday morning so it is over 24hours.

Oh and before someone suggests it I have checked Spam/Junk.
EDIT-1:
I have just tried submitting a resend through the Account Control and this has sent me a confirmation e-mail, so we will see if there are any more hiccups!
I will check the Account creation later to see if it all works.
EDIT-2:
Clicked on "Update" after about 15mins and the account has been created although I still did not get the promised e-mail. Have managed to login through Account Control to cPanel so it appears that the issues are solved although x10hosting does appear to have issues with e-mail notifications.

Your hosting account request has been submitted successfully. In order for it to be approved you must confirm your email address. We have sent an email to xxxxxx@gmail.com with instructions to confirm the address.
I signed up for free hosting - what now?
After filling out the above form you will receive a confirmation email within a couple of minutes. This email contains your activation code which will put your free hosting account into the creation queue. During peak times it can take up to one hour for your account to be created. Please wait at least an hour before requesting support.
