Having huge issues with password

You have to sign in with the forum name and password before accessing the cp panel
Upon resetting my forum password twice now I am still getting a log on error.
After finally making it past this point I received a prompt stating that my password to
enter the cp panel was too long.
Four times now have received prompts stating I entered the wrong random code.
The random code goes down below the box so I am unable to read the last letter and half.
I am getting terribly confused here.......
Please Help..............
How do I reset my forum password so I can get back to the CP panel to reset that password ??

It seems like you accessed your forum account fine, as you're posting with it? Or are you talking about another account?

Could you provide us with the forum username that is associated with your hosting account?
