well i post this here cuz i didnt find where to post it cuz there is not a support forum!! well i used to be a x10hosting costumer some years ago and i loved this site it was great.. but i came back few days ago and im like wtf... wut happened to the site does it have a new owner? i cant create a simple account w/o having million problems... firstly i created an acc and it was suspendend for inactivity the day i created it!! so i try to create a new acc and it takes for ever!! why?? cuz security code wouldnt work and accidently i gave a wrong e-mail adress... so i couldnt get to check my mail and there is not an option to change the mail
.. well i dunno if its against the rules to have multiple accounts but i had no other option.. and tried to create a new one.. so registration takes for ever like last time but wow i managed to create my account!!!!!!!!! FINALLY OMGGGGGGGGGG WOW after so much failed attempts and 1 hour trying to fill in that huge registration form
amazing .. but wait
when i upload anything i mean anything to my site and then try to acces it, it says "broken link" wtf

Got that right. My story's simular to yours, but good news, I'm seeing some progress in their fixing the issues. It's slooooow, but at least it's progress... I FINALLY was able to enter in my confirmation code, however, I still don't have a working account.

I've already submitted a ticket and everything. I've waited for two and a half days and still have no acces to my account... AND I have searched the Support section, but I can't find anything that I can fix concerning my account.

Believe me. I'm trying to get help, not just complaining about it. But heck, if I hated x10 I would be asking how to close my account instead of get it running. :biggrin:
