Having problem in uploading files in my domain???

hello there I'm a new user of this hosting service but not for the cpanel though. so after activation of my account I was tried to upload a zip file of less then 5mb but I was unable to do that. I tried it for several times. so pls can you guys letme know what is it I did wrong??

Hello,

It appears something got messed up when your account was being created, leaving you with only a halfway-created account. Unfortunately, the only way to fix this is to delete the account and have you sign up again. As such, I have deleted your account and you can sign up for a new hosting account by logging into your account panel with your email address and password, clicking Hosting at the top, and following the links there to sign up again. Let me know if you run into any issues (and list specific error messages and codes if you see them).
