Having problem with my Account

I have an Ad Enhanced hosting with x10hosting. My site address is cyberkutir.x10hosting.com

Recently I bought a domain named cyberkutir.com

I changed the nameservers to ns1.x10hoting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com

Then in my CPanel I tried to add an add-on domain so that I can reach my site using my new domain.

But while I want to add the add-on domain my cpanel says the following message.

Unable to understand response from admin bin, however a valid header was sent: apache sent: LISTSUBDOMAINS 0

Today when I want to access x10hosting.com using my username and password the following is displayed

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

I cannot use my databases in my cpanel.

Could you please solve the problem and help me to add my new domain with my hosting package please.
