Having Problems Signing In

I signed up this morning. I have tried signing in to gain information such as DNS servers but it says that my username and password are wrong when I'm using the ones the e-mail sent me. If anyone could please help me out or at least tell me the DNS servers I would be greatfuly happy and grateful that you did this for me, can anyone please help.

You login to the Account Management Panel using your forum username and password.

Our DNS servers are ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com
