Having problems with addon domain

Yesterday, I decided to get a free account here instead of paying for an account that provides the same features that this free host does.

I changed my DNS settings and the update has been completed. I checked the whois, and the name servers are pointing at:

ns1.x10hosting.com 74.86.117.243
ns2.x10hosting.com 70.87.51.251

My problem is, when I used the other host, I had www.mydomain.com forwarded to www.mydomain.com/wordpress. When I try to go to my URL now, after the DNS settings were updated, I am still being forwarded to www.mydomain.com/wordpress. How can I fix this problem?

Im sorry if there is a simple answer to a simple problem, but Ive never experienced this problem before, so I dont know how to fix it. Thanks for any kind of help that you can give me.

If you redirected your domain name in your control panel for your domain then it will most likely still be forwarded. Maybe try checking the "redirect URL" in your domain system or check your ./ prefix isn't redirecting to /wordpress.
