Having problems with nycon.org

Good day,
I am having serious problems with my domain nycon.org I was suspended and have been trying since yesterday to get unsuspended but when I want to log in to my account panel I am asked to link my forum account to my hosting account. I am having trouble even logging in to my cpanel, hence I am not even sure what my login details are again for my cpanel. I know there must have been a major malfunction on my own side which may have brought about this issue, and I want to ask that you delete the hosting account so I can start afresh and register again, but please leave the forum account so I can at least view your response. I love this hosting package and I want to remain here so please help me out.

i cannot recollect my cpanel username, but i guess it is the same as my forum username, however my cpanel url does not open again (nycon.org:2082). my url is nycon.org, please do something. thanks for all your help so far.

I see the DNS entry but can not find the user name. I'm removing the DNS entry. Please sign-up again.
